**As** a portfolio manager
**I want to** access portfolios easily in OpenProject
**so that** I can have a quick overview on what portfolio I need to work next
**Acceptance criteria**
* Within each listed portfolio in the portfolio list, budget information including total budget and budget spent is displayed.
* The budget information should be aggregated from sub-items, too. [\[1\]](https://www.figma.com/design/bDgY4i9P5Bp2wAjNV0yeU0?node-id=30-10321#1537512112)
* Calculate the total and spent budget in the same way as the project list does it: For the total, the planned budget (base amount + planned unit cost + planned labor cost) is used. All budgets (total and spent) should be summed up.
