- Backlogs plugin installed
- Project exists
- Version exists
- at least one WP is added to that version
<ins>Steps to repoduce</ins>
- Go to project overview
- Select Backlogs from the left-hand menu
<ins>Actual</ins>
The arrows used in the tabular view of the backlogs version are not consistent with the rest of the application:

The menu on the left opens on hover.
<ins>Expected</ins>
1. The arrow on the left is used to fold and unfold the whole table. The arrow used is the āvā arrow
1. The arrow direction is upwards when the table is open
2. The arrow direction is downwards when the table is closed
2. The arrow on the right-hand side is used to open the menu for that particular table. The arrow used is the triangular one.

2. The arrow direction is downwards when the menu is closed
3. The backlogs menu opens on click
