**Preconditions**
- User is system admin.
**Steps to reproduce**
- Approach 1:

1. Go to create new project form.
2. Enter an invalid identifier in the identifier field (i.e. an identifier which starts with another character than a lower case letter).
3. Create project.

4. Go to different project and edit identifier to be invalid.
**Actual behavior**
- Project can be created but some functions do not work properly (e.g. repository).
**Expected behavior**
- Invalid identifier cannot be entered.
