Dates are only included in journal notes. They should be part of the work package main section similar to other attributes like status and assignee.
Nice to have (optional User Story if it is fixed easily): Only show attributes that have a value. So if the date or the assignee is empty the label should be removed from the email.
This is a User Story because it has always been that way. If you want to leave the priority at “high”: This will probably not be finished by tommorrow.
