When the Begin of the insertionstatus of theEnd of the insertion work package linked to the PIR Begin of the deletion is created orEnd of the deletion updated by users, we recreate the PDF using a fixed file name `<wizard type name>_<WP status>_<timestamp>.pdf` and attach it as a file link.
