**I want to** export the values of the wizard for my initiation form
**so that** it helps me submit my project idea to the portfolio mangers and archives the request.

**Acceptance criteria**

* The labels and values of the project initiation request wizard are exported for all active project attributes and sections

* A cover page

* A menu button in the project overview to export it at any time

* if there are options to select which project attributes are enabled for the wizard, the PDF export can use this as a filter #68858

* The PDF can be created and attached in an email/work package and/or copied to a project folder in the external storage #68864
