**Preconditions**
- User exists.
- User is system admin.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to Modules \> Administration \> Users
2. Select a user.
3. Edit user information (e.g. login, first name / last name).
4. Save.
**Actual behavior**
- Change cannot be saved without entering password again.
**Expected behavior**
- Change saved without being required to enter password.
