**I want to** use webhooks to send information when a time entry has been updated

**Acceptance criteria**

* Users have an option to select _updated_ Begin of the insertionand _deleted_End of the insertion for _time entry_ events when setting up a new webhook. Similar to the already existing options for work packages and projects:
