### Steps to reproduce
1. Login and open a work package in a private project
2. Click on Share
3. Select a user A with view rights
4. As user A, log in and open the project from the projects' dropdown
### What is the buggy behavior?
* 403 error and the UI is broken

### What is the expected behavior?
1. Currently on production (16.5), that user is able to see the Overview page but all the information are hidden from them. I don't know if the behavior changed recently for this case but even if it has, the UI should not be broken.
