### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as an admin

2. Go to Administration > Project > Project attributes

3. Create or open a CF of type Hierarchy or Begin of the insertionweighted-item-listEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion WILEnd of the deletion


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Missing action menu makes the current level of the hierarchy uneditable


### What is the expected behaviour?

* add a More (⋯) icon on the box table header and actions:

* Edit

* Change parent

* Delete
