### Acceptance criteria

* In the Project home, in Overview or in Dashboard, Begin of the insertiondisplay "empty" states for all widgets in two different variants:

* **Empty**

* This will be shownEnd of the insertion when the Begin of the insertionuser has access to the widget, but it does not contain anything

* It consists of a Blankslate with:

* Icon

* Title: (the same as theEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion membersEnd of the deletion widget Begin of the insertionname, eg. "Members", "News", "Description"...)

* This can vary depending on the module. For eg. for Members, it'll be "+ Member", and onEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion OnEnd of the deletion click, this should go to the "Add user" dialog, but directly to the second step, where the current project and "User" are already pre-selected, and the current user can directly add or invite a member to the Begin of the insertionproject.

* **Empty but no permission to modify**

* This will be shown when the user has access to the widget, but does not have the permission to edit it

* It consists of a Blankslate with:

* Icon

* Title: (the same as the widget name, eg. "Members", "News", "Description"...)

* _\[open\] Text: "There is nothing to show yet." (to be finalised)_

* No action

* **No permissions to see view**

* This will be shown when the user only has viewing rights (eg. when a work package is shared with an external user, but they can still access the Dashboard)

* It consists of a Blankslate with:

* Icon

* Title: (the same as the widget name, eg. "Members", "News", "Description"...)

* _\[open\] Text: "This widget is not visible to you". (to be finalised)_

* No action
