With multiple projects each increment of the work package ID is a only dependant on created work packages inside the same project.
* Projects have a short name, e.g. `oD` for openDesk.
* Types have a short name, e.g. `CR` for Change Request
Some examples:
1. oD\_CR-1 is the first work package of the project with the prefix CR
2. oD\_D-4 is the fourth decision.
3. oD\_EPIC-35
4. oD\_BUG-223
More requirements:
* Changing type changes the ID.
* An ID can not be used twice. It is blocked also after deleting, moving project or changing type.
