### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as an admin

2. Go to Administration > Projects > Project attribute

3. Select any type of attribute, and create one, making it required for all projects and save

4. Go to any project overview


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Required project attribute do not have an asterisk to signify they're required


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Required project attribute show an asterisk to signify they're required Begin of the insertion(in the right pane)End of the insertion
