### Steps to reproduce
1. Activate screen reader
2. Login as a user with permissions to add comment
3. Go to a WP page
4. Add a link to a comment
5. Click on the link
### What is the buggy behavior?
* It is not obvious that the link is opened in a new tab
### What is the expected behavior?
1. The screen reader reads out loud that link will be open in a new anew tab
