* There is an expand icon that enlarges the comment field a modal.
* Template texts:
* In the administration multiple individual template texts can be defined.
* The template texts can be activated/deactivated individually for projects.
* Template texts can be changed before sent out.
* It is possible to add multiple email addresses as recipients.
* It is possible to @mention existing users.
* It is possible to select involved persons as recipients:
* Author
* Watcher
* It is possible to share the work package with the newly added recipients.
* View
* Edit
* Comment
* Based on the permissions the email includes information on how to setup the access, e.g. setting a password.
* Permissions:
* There is an additional permission to email external guest users "_Send email notifications to external guest users_".
* External recipients can not login and access the work package unless the work package is shared with them.
