**I want to** add a link / block in a document to an attachment that I uploaded in the "Files" tab (e.g. an excel file)
**so that** other users can be aware of that file without workarounds like writing "See <filename> in the Files tab"

**Acceptance criteria**

* There is a Slash-Command for linking to attachments that were previously uploaded and are shown in the "Files" tab

* After using that command, there is a block linking to the file in the editor contents

* When dragging an attachment from the "Files" tab on the editor, a block with a link to that file is created Begin of the insertion
