**As** an organizer of meetings
**I want to** prepare my meeting in quiet
**so that** I do not accidentally send out invites while I'm not ready
**Acceptance criteria**
* When creating a new meeting, you end up in draft mode.
* In draft mode, meeting status indicator does not have a drop-down.
* No email notifications or invites are being sent out in this mode
* You can invite participants, and prepare the agenda
* A nfo warning/info banner will tell you that you are in draft mode, and that no emails invites are being sent or updated
* Once ready, you open the meeting.
* To 'open' the meeting, the user needs to either click on:
* The "Open meeting" primary action in the Page Header
* The "Open meeting" action in the change meeting status in the right pane
to "Scheduled"
* A dialog asks if the user wants to send invites (enabled by default)
* The email updates mode selector then now appears on the right side side, enabled by default
* \[open\] Can you go back from Scheduled to Draft??
* It is should not be possible to go back to draft mode
