**I want to** create a new work package from the document
**so that** I can easily organise work without switching context.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Invoke via Slash command
* TODO: define command and keywords
* Creates a workpackage, embeds a rich representation in the document
* Uses current project
* Title is empty and must be filled out
* Type is set to a default and can be changed

**Translation considerations**
We want to have translated keywords depending on the language of the user, so for example 'Arbeitpaket' could be a keyword for a German user if 'workpackage' is the keyword.
