### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as an admin
2. Go to Administration > Authentication > OpenID providers
3. Click on '+ OpenID provider'
4. Select custom
5. Give a name
6. Click Continue until the end
7. Click Finish setup
### What is the buggy behaviour?
* It looks like nothing happens and the set up was not finished
* No visual feedback, page is still titled 'Add a new provider'
* If user navigates to the OIDC providers list, they can see their provider is actually saved
### What is the expected behaviour?
* The primary action in 1. Visual success feedback is shown
2. It's visually obvious the last section ('Claims') "Finish setup" should then redirect the user the _Show_ version of the newly-created provider.
* This includes the right-side pane with additional information like the Redirect URL the user might need.
* A success banner should be shown.
* Use string: "A new OpenID provider was successfully created."
* Extend this behaviour to _all_ OpenID providers (not just custom).
* Also extend this behaviour to the SAML setup (i.e, currently it shows the show page but without the right-side pane; need to redirect to the actual show page and show the success banner) saved
