**As** an admin and user,
**I want to** be able to select a markdown file from a project's attached Nextcloud file storage to be displayed as the "project description"
**so that** I can view/modify the project description from the Nextcloud web interface or my desktop (using Nextcloud Files desktop sync client).
**Acceptance Criteria:**
* Add option to "Project Description" dialog to select a markdown file from the project's attached Nextcloud file storage.

Further observation/thought:
A root folder is already created in Nextcloud for every project with an enabled file storage (if the Nextcloud integration is enabled). It would be great if either:
* an existing markdown file within that root folder could be selected to serve as that project's description, or
* a new markdown file could be created in that root folder from a project description written in OpenProject, or
* ideally, both. <br>
