**I want to be able to view all potential issues and side-effects related to changing the identifier of a project**
**so that** I can manage projects with confidence
**Acceptance criteria**
* Replace existing Change Project Identifier page with the Danger Dialog (custom confirmation variant).
* User Danger Dialog wording and styling per Lookbook guidelines.
* **Change identifier**
* **Type**: Danger confirmation
* **Title**: "Change the project identifier?"
* **Text**: "All existing links to the project will no longer work since the URL for all containing work packages will change."
* **Confirmation**: "I understand that this change cannot be reversed"
* **Options:**
* Cancel (secondary)
* Change identifier (danger)
* The user will need to enter a new, valid identifier to confirm that they wish to proceed with deletion.
