### **Description**
When `Team Folder` is disabled, then an An error message related to Group Folder configuration is displayed on initial displayed, even if the `Team Folder` not set up.

### **Steps to Reproduce**
_⚠️ **Note:** OpenProject is **not required** for these steps. All actions take place **within Nextcloud only.**_
_🧹 Setup Recommendation: Start with a clean setup of_ `_integration_openproject_` _apps._
1. Go to **Apps >** **Active apps** and
2. **Disable**:`Team Folder`.
3. Go to **Administration settings** → **Administration > OpenProject**.
### Expected Result
No error message related to `Team Folder` should be displayed.
Only displayed when the user tries to set up with `team folder`
### Actual Result
An error message appears referencing `Team Folder`, even though it was never set up.
