### Description:
`Save` button doesn't appear on the `authentication-setting` section. This bug only occurs in the **master branch**, not in the **release branch**.
### Steps to reproduce
_**NOTE: only happens on a clean setup**_
From the integration app's admin settings:
1. Add OP url
2. Choose "Single-Sign-On" auth method and save
3. Choose "External" provider
4. Select a provider from the dropdown
5. Keep the `token exchange` disabled.
6. Try to click on the Save button, but it doesn't appear.
### Actual Behaviour:
Save button is missing.

### Expected Behaviour:
Save button should appear and be clickable so that user can save the settings.
