* The current overview page is moved to a separate tab on that page "Dashboard"

* This page no longer shows the right pane

* This page uses a different route so it can be bookmarked

* A new "Overview" page is added that shows the current right pane

* A set of fixed widgets controlled by the application is shown there

* End of the insertion There needs to be a default layout (set of widgets, positions) for each type

* Project

* Program

* Portfolio

* The defaults are hard-coded for each type

* _The actual defaults are yet to be specified_

* Once the type is created, the user can then customise _that_ Overview page by moving things around and adding/removing available widgets

* There is no way to change the default

* There is no way to revert back to default once changes are made
