5. Opening the File remotely

7. Basic Copy Template Folder support (no AMPF)


**Acceptance criteria**

* a User with the noted permissions should be able to:

* view all linked files

* link existing files

* remove a file link

* as a Project Admin

* Create a Project Storage on the project

* Set folder to either un-managed or manually managed

* if manually managed, allow for folder selection

* Remove a Folder
