**Acceptance criteria**
* Send out an email update when the location is changed, similar to the current behaviour for time/date changes
* Change phrasing of emails to "The meeting has been updated" from "The meeting has been rescheduled" to better work with location changes as well
* In the emails, only show old and new information if it has been changed:
* If date, time or duration is changed, show:
* "Old date/time" and "New date/time" rows for regular meetings or occurrences
* "Old schedule" and "New schedule" rows for meeting series
* Otherwise, show only one row, ie, "Date/time" or "Schedule" with the unchanged info
* If location is changed, show:
* "Old location" and "New location" rows
* Otherwise, show only one row "Location" with the unchanged info
* The "new" rows will have values in a darker colour than before (#1f2328)
