### What is too long,
**so that** I know about the risk. buggy behavior?
###
###
### Acceptance criteria
###
* When exporting Since Excel has a project including limitation of 32767 character per cell, Excel can't open the project description to excel, you file
### What is the expected behavior?
1. You get a warning that you may will not be able to use the xls file with Excel
### Background Important note
Excel apparently can't open files with more than 32767 characters in a single cell. Thus when the project description is too long, the exported files can't be opened by Excel anymore.
Since other tools like LibreOffice or libs like pandas still are able to read the xls file and this is only a limitation in Excel, we should probably still allow exporting the file but showing a warning that this is not usable in Excel.
