**As** a Program Manager
**I want to** create a report of all projects in a view of the project list
**so that** I don't have to duplicate this information
**Acceptance criteria**
* MVP:
* Generate a PDF report
* The export modal contains another icon "pdf"
* Clicking this button triggers the generation of all projects in one PDF report
* A table of content page shows the hierarchy of the exported projects
* if there is more than one project in the query
* Default cover page
* Projects are indexed "1." "1.1", ... according to their hierarchy
* Section titles are linked to the respective project URL
* Attributes are displayed
* in the order and selection of the project list table
* if not empty
* Column "Favorite" is not exported
* Column "Name" is not exported as attribute, but as a section title

**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* No new permission. All users that can see the list can export the project list.
