### Steps to reproduce

1. Login and open a work package/Activity tab

2. Enter a comment

3. Click on Edit comment

4. Delete your comment and save so that "Changes were retracted" appears

5. Click on Edit Begin of the insertioncommentEnd of the insertion again Begin of the insertion

6. After leaving the view, it turns into 'description changed' on the Activity TabEnd of the insertion


### What is the buggy behavior?

* Nothing happens on the UI and 404 error is observed in console


### What is the expected behavior?

1. User should be able to edit the comment
