**Acceptance criteria**

* All migrations up until OP 15.0.0 are squashed

* The last migration to be squashed is [ChangeViewOfQueriesWithTimelineToGanttAgain](https://github.com/opf/openproject/blob/release/14.6/db/migrate/20240930122522_change_view_of_queries_with_timeline_to_gantt_again.rb)

* This means an installation first has to be migrated to any 15.x version before it can then be migrated to 16.3 16.2

* Code, gems and other dependencies no longer referenced are removed

* Update [upgrade notes section in docs](https://www.openproject.org/docs/installation-and-operations/operation/upgrading/#upgrade-notes-from-105x)
