### Descriptions

In the `intergation_openproject`, the "Save" button in the **OpenProject OAuth settings** section is not working when clicked. Users cannot save the OAuth Client ID and Secret.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to **Administration > OpenProject Integration**.

2. Add OP url

3. Choose "Two-way OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow" auth method and save

4. Add "OpenProject OAuth client ID" and "OpenProject OAuth client secret".

5. Click **Save**.


### What is the buggy behavior?
