**As** an admin
**I want to** see an enterprise banner on the SCIM clients page,
**so that** I know why I don't have access to the page and can upgrade to Enterprise Corporate if required.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Use the [designs provided](https://www.figma.com/design/0QQJXMwi6bZPu9T1XVfHci/Enterprise?node-id=2991-20029&t=kXQKwuc4jHwZV8gT-4) here for the Enterprise "illustration version" (Medium full screen (Large variant banner).
* The enterprise badge should also be added to the entry menu in the sidebar.
* The text on the banner should be:
* **Title:** SCIM clients
* **Description:** Automate user management in OpenProject by seamlessly integrating external identity services like Microsoft Entra or Keycloak through our SCIM Server API. Available starting with the Enterprise corporate plan.
* _**As _**Video** (needs to be created), our proposal is an intermediate step** only showing animation with these steps:_
1. There's a new user added to the identity provider. Maybe a + animation with "Jean Cérien".
2. There is then an image (see Figma)_
arrow going from the identity provider, through the SCIM client, to OpenProject.
3. The same user is then also shown to be added to the list of users on OpenProject.
