### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a trial instance

2. Login as any user

3. Go to Work packages > Any work package list

4. Click on \`Baseline\`


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Begin of the deletion `Baseline` feature is unusable

* End of the deletion Banner is invisible/unreadable


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Banner is visible

2. Baseline feature has two levels:

1. "Yesterday" is available to community

2. Everything else requires a Basic token)
