**I want to** view users who have accepted or rejected meeting's iCal invites from email.
**so that** better communication and collaboration can occur.
When an email is sent from OpenProject (via "Send mail to all participants") to all invited users and they open that mail in their Android or iOS email clients, then they can add it to their calendar, and accept or reject the invitation.
Unfortunately, that confirmation/rejection information is not shown to the manager of the meeting, nor to the other participants. In contrast, when we create an event straight withing Google Calendar and invite participants Google will show whether a user has accepted or not. It would be great to have the same information on the meeting in OpenProject.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Add the incoming mail, if configured, as the author of the meeting
* Responses will be sent to that mail by the Groupware
* Try to extract information from that response
* Add response tracking of a participant, additionally to the existing "invited" and "attended" flags.
* None (not yet responded)
* Maybe
* Accepted
* Declined
* Other less-standard options are treated as "None"
* The participation status above is shown on as text the details component
* Add a manual link to confirm/reject the information, update the status, so that this integration works also without inbound emails
