### Steps to reproduce

Begin of the insertion* Have a work package with a project phase set

* Go to the project administration and disable the project phase within the project

* Try to change an attribute of the work package

* The original bug report made special reference to changing work related values

* but changing subject or description is equally affected

On certain work package (not all), an error occured when trying to update the progress (time or remaining time or percent)

The work package as children but there is only the percentage set on them.&nbsp;

1. Open a work package with children

2. update progress tracking

### What is the buggy behavior?

The browser console show a 422 error and the work package is not updated
