**As** a meeting faciliator or participant People & Org Manager who makes frequent and heavy use of the **Meeting** feature
**I want to** be able to convert create a work package directly from an agenda item into a work package out of the meeting feature
**so that** I can easily make agenda items actionnable work more efficiently, save time and have all necessary information in one place as well as plan tasks directly out of a project context meeting.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Add a new option in the 'More' menu of basic turn agenda items
* Label: "Convert to work package"
* Leading icon: `op-work-packages`
* When this option is clicked, open a work package creation dialog
* Use the existing dialog for creating a new child
* The subject should be the title of the agenda item
* The type should be pre-selected as the first item on the list
* The description should be the text of the note
* If meeting outcomes exist, they should be appended to the description
* Only the basic and required fields should be present
* Basic fields include: type, subject, description
* Other non-required fields (status, priority, version...) are not present
* After the user clicks on 'Create into work package', the modal is closed
* The work package should be created in the project meeting belongs to
* The agenda item is converted to a work package agenda item
* \[open\] _Do we still display the agenda item notes (now the description of the work package) as is? Pro: the user has the current context; Con: duplication._
