**I want to** view users who have accepted or rejected meeting's iCal invites from email.

When an email is sent from OpenProject (via "Send mail to all participants") to all invited users and they open that mail in their Android or iOS email clients, then they can add it to their calendar, and accept or reject the invitation.
invitation. Unfortunately, that confirmation/rejection information is not shown to the manager of the meeting, nor to the other participants. In contrast, when we create an event straight withing Google Calendar and invite participants Google will show whether a user has accepted or not. It would be great to have the same information on the meeting in OpenProject. OpenProject.

* Add the incoming mail, if configured, as the author of the meeting
* Responses will be sent to that mail by the Groupware
* Try to extract \[open\] Find out what information from that response
* Add a manual link to confirm/reject the information, update the status, so that this integration works also without inbound emails is sent back on rescheduling
