End of the deletion **As** a Begin of the deletion user of groupware
**I want to** have OpenProject be informed about changes to a meeting that I moved in my calendar
**so that** I don't have to update the information multiple times

**Notification events**

* Changing core attributes of the meeting:

* date

* location

* Cancel the meeting

* A participant has been added to the meeting

* A participant has been removed from the meeting


### Part 2

**As** aEnd of the deletion User
**I want to** view users who have accepted or rejected meeting's iCal invites from email.
**so that** better communication and collaboration can occur.

When an email is sent from OpenProject (via "Send mail to all participants") to all invited users and they open that mail in their Android or iOS email clients, then they can add it to their calendar, and accept or reject the Begin of the insertioninvitation. 

End of the insertion Begin of the deletion invitation.End of the deletion Unfortunately, that confirmation/rejection information is not shown to the manager of the meeting, nor to the other participants. In contrast, when we create an event straight withing Google Calendar and invite participants Google will show whether a user has accepted or not.
