Context: SCIM client can have multiple emails, but OpenProject only one.
Also: Should we save all emails in OpenProject?
Should we have a configuration to configure what email should be picked?

How to choose the email if there is multiple emails:
1. Pick the "primary"
2. If no "primary", choose type "work"
3. If not, the first one
This involves a bit of hope. To be sure we choose the right email we should make it configurable for admins.
