### Steps to reproduce

* Look at attribute help text icon in these places:

* Project settings page

* Work package details page

* Project overview


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The icon colour, positioning and tooltip text are not optimal


### What is the expected behavior?

* Change tooltip text to: "Show help text"

* Change positioning of the tooltip to the bottom-right ("south-west" for some reason in Primer)

* Use the Primer Begin of the insertion(non-muted)End of the insertion link colour Begin of the insertion(`fgColorLink` which resolvesEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion (fgColorAccent)

* Also update the colourEnd of the deletion to Begin of the insertion`fgColorAccent`)
