### Steps to reproduce
1. Have 3 phases (A,B,C) enabled in a project, all with dates selected.
2. Clear the dates on Phase B.
3. Disable Phase B.
4. Observe Phase C dates, they do not follow Phase A's dates.
### What is the buggy behavior?
* Phase C is not rescheduled to follow Phase A.
* Editing Phase C have will show an inconsistent date selection, where the user can select dates before the start date disabled and not following the phase A. of Phase C.
### What is the expected behavior?
_Describe how the application should behave like. Example:_
1. Enable editing on During the start date on phase C. deactivation, reschedule the following phases regardless if the deactivated phase has dates set.
