**I want to** optionally have the data for phases included when copying the project
**so that** I can leverage already inserted data and don't need to input it anew.

**Acceptance criteria**

* If a project is copied Begin of the insertion

End of the deletion * The dates for phases are copied as well. Begin of the insertion

End of the deletion * The active/disabled state of it's phase is copied along. Begin of the insertion

End of the deletion * There is a setting added when copying to disable this behavior similar to the other copy options. Begin of the insertion

* Project phase associations to work packages are always copied

* In case the phases are not copied, the association is then not displayed until the project phase is eventually activated in the project.End of the insertion
