**I want to** use the short cuts of the screen reader 
**so that** I can actually use OP

The current short cuts (e.g "s" to get to the search) intefere with the screen reader short cuts

**Acceptance criteria**

* In Account Settings → Settings, add a checkbox:

* Text: "Disable keyboard shortcuts"

* Caption: "You can choose to disable default keyboard shortcuts if you use a screen reader or want to avoid accidentally triggering an action with a shortcut."
