**As** an OpenProject user
**I want** to sync the status of work packages which have the relationship “duplicates” or “duplicated”
**so that** duplicated work packages always have the same status.

**Acceptance criteria**

- When a work package has the relationship “duplicates” or “duplicated” with another work package and one of the work packages changes it status, the status of the other work package is updated to the same status.
- A journal is created for the changed work package status.
