#### **Context**
The goal is to modernise the login screen.
#### **Acceptance criteria**
* There is new a sign in module that is used
* in the non logged-in home page
* the dropdown when you click on 'Log in' in the top bar
* The module consists of:
* A first section for basic password-based login:
* A Subhead with,
* Title: 'Log in'
* Trailing action (invisible button): 'Create an account'
* A username field with label "Username or email"
* A password field with label: "Password"
* Primary button with label: "Log in"
* Link: "Forgot password?"
* A divider
* A second section for SSO login:
* Text (style _Title/Small_): "Log in with an external account"
* A list of configured SSO providers presented as invisible buttons, with icons
#### **Technical notes**
* \[open\] Do we really need the 'Remember me for 60 days' option?
* What are the benefits? Why doesn't GitHub offer it?
