**As** a user who works with favorite projects
**I want to** remember my option to select favorite projects
**so that** I do not need to switch each time I am using this feature

**Acceptance criteria**

* The project list opens "All" by default

* If I Begin of the insertionchoose 'Favorites' to show only my favourite projections, thisEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion click on favorites, theEnd of the deletion selection is stored in my localStorage

* When I reopen the Begin of the insertionproject selector,End of the insertion Begin of the deletion favorites view,End of the deletion it Begin of the insertionopen to 'Favorites' (forEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion remains forEnd of the deletion the duration the localStorage is Begin of the insertionsaved)

* The same thing happens if I click on 'All'; it will open to 'All' the next time I open the project selector
