### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as an admin
2. Go to Administration > Files
3. Create a new storage or open an existing one
4. Click on 'Run all checks'
### What is the buggy behaviour?
* Every time the word 'checked' is used, the designs say 'check', i.e. the below screenshots
* On health report page, `Base configuration` is called 'Basic configuration'
* On health report page, `Automatically-managed folders` is called 'Automatically managed project folder configuration'
###
### What is the expected behaviour?
* It should be "Last check: {date and time}" (not checked, and with a colon)
* 'Base configuration' should simply be 'Configuration' We spoke about "Base configuration" with <mention class="mention" data-id="1181" data-type="user" data-text="@Jan Sandbrink">@Jan Sandbrink</mention>; I'll need a confirmation from devs on which is more accurate.
* 'Automatically managed project folder configuration' It should be "Automatically managed project folders" (no need to add 'configuraton')
* _I would normally prefer writing it 'Automatically-managed' with a hyphen but it looks like the version without the hyphen is used so we'll keep it as is_
