Begin of the insertion**Preconditions**

- Work package module activated.

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Go to work package page.
2. Activate split screen.
3. Create new work package from work package page (via “+ Work package” button).

**Actual behavior**

- Empty page is displayed (only side and top navigation shown).
- Link is wrong and includes path to activated details pane (see examples below)

**Expected behavior**

- Possible to create work package even when details pane activated.
