### Steps to reproduce
1. Login
2. Be on a work package list
3. Go and go to Administration/Files/Categories using Chrome on Ubuntu
2. Scroll
### What is the buggy behavior?
* Not enough spacing on the bottom of the page
* Also on the right side: because Add button and the table itself look too close to the scroll bar
### What is the expected behavior?
1. There should be enough spacing
