## Description

**As** an OpenProject user  
**I want** to be able to export cost report data grouped by columns/rows  
**so** that I can do further computation on this data.

**Acceptance criteria**

*   Currently, only the filtered cost report results can be exported as XLS. It should be possible to export the grouped results as well.
*   The grouped table should be shown in a separate tab in the XLS export.
