### Steps to reproduce

1.  Login as a user with permissions in openproject community forum

2.  Open any work package

3.  Check the browser tab title or html meta \<title\> tag in dev tools

4.  The work package title is duplicated like "TYPE: Title (\#ID) | TYPE: Title (\#ID)  | OpenProject | OpenProject Community"

The work package title "Type: Title (\#ID)" in the html meta \<title\> tag is duplicated like "TYPE: Title (\#ID) | TYPE: Title (\#ID)  | OpenProject | OpenProject Community".
